Shipping & Returns
MojiLife Luxury Fragrance ships Australia-wide using tracked Australia Post OR Sendle for a flat-rate $12 shipping fee. In some cases, a signature will be required upon delivery of your MojiLife Luxury Fragrance order. If you are not at home, a card will be left by Australia Post OR Sendle alerting you to the need to pick up your order from the nearest Australia Post OR Sendle outlet.
All MojiLife Luxury Fragrance orders will be dispatched from our Head Office within 5 business days. Local Pick up can be arranged at the checkout from High Wycombe. Western Australia at an agreed time. These times are normally evenings or weekends.
While we endeavour to ensure that all our products are in stock, at times we may sell out. The waiting period for out of stock items is up to 3 weeks, during which time you may register your interest in a product and be notified when it is available for ordering.
MojiLife Luxury Fragrance order will generally take up to 10 working days for delivery. Delivery to remote areas of Australia and during peak postage times may take longer.
MojiLife Luxury Fragrance offers shipping in the United States of America & Canada using UPS standard postage service. Shipping rates to your destination will be calculated at checkout based on location. Please be aware that some countries charge additional taxes and duties, and it is your responsibility for any taxes and duties payable. If you are unsure, please contact your in-country postal service. USA & Canada orders will be shipped directly from the Head Office in Utah, USA.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MojiLife is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our facility it is a "buyer prepare" situation. Safeguard deliveries by a) ensuring someone will be home when a package is delivered, b) using a secure address (like a FedEx store/Mailboxes etc.). Once the package leaves the MojiLife warehouse, its safe delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and recipient. Recipient is responsible to provide a safe and secure place for delivery as to avoid theft from a delivery box or delivery door area. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
For faulty products, MojiLife Luxury Fragrance offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
Your full name
Your order number
Reason why you are returning the product
Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved
Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
Return requests not covered above will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law provisions.
USA & Canada Returns:
For exchanges or refunds outside of warranty issues, please contact a MojiLife Distributor Services Representative at 1.844.446.6654 (1.844.4GO.MOJI) to notify them of the discrepancy within five (5) business days of receipt of the order. MojiLife must approve the return prior to receipt. Once approved, a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION form will be provided. This form must be included with the return shipment.
All approved products must be returned within seven (7) business days after receiving the return authorisation approval. Failure to notify MojiLife of any discrepancy within five (5) business days will forfeit your right to request a refund, exchange or replacement.
When a refund or an exchange is not feasible, for whatever reason, MojiLife reserves the right to issue a credit, by way of MojiCash for the amount of the exchanged products. Any return credit authorisation is subject to receipt and inspection of all returned items. Damaged or non-re saleable items will be deducted at retail value from the return credit.
MojiLife AirMoji DEVICE WARRANTY
MojiLife warrants to the original purchaser that the product(s) purchased will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. This Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use during the warranty period. All returns must include a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION form that must be included with any device return. This form can be obtained from the MojiLife Corporate Office by submitting an email to email@example.com. Exclusions: The warranty does not apply in the event of misuse or abuse of product(s) or as a result of unauthorised alterations or repairs.
The warranty is void if the product(s) is disassembled or altered in any way, or used in a manner contrary to instructions as outlined in the user manual. Product should be kept away from water.
